Mango Uppinakai
ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ಉಪ್ಪಿನಕಾಯಿ
The crown jewel of Karnataka uppinakai. Made from raw green mangoes (mavinekai), sun-dried and marinated in mustard oil, fenugreek, and a secret blend of spices. Tangy, pungent, and utterly addictive.
